The Challenge
When Syntax welcomed a new CMO in early 2025, the company recognized a major opportunity to elevate its market presence. Despite deep expertise as an SAP and Oracle partner, Syntax’s visibility was limited by an inconsistent PR approach and a small number of announcements that didn’t fully reflect the breadth of its real-world experience. The challenge was to shift the narrative, building sustained awareness, credibility, and thought leadership across tech, channel, and key vertical markets.
The Approach
As a three-time Three Rings client, Syntax’s new CMO brought TRI on board to transform its PR and content strategy from the ground up. Beginning in April 2025, Three Rings implemented a proactive, always-on approach focused on consistent storytelling, executive visibility, and customer-driven proof points.
We expanded the company’s news cadence, secured executive interviews and bylines, and developed a robust content engine that included press releases, contributed articles, website copy, and long-form assets. This approach positioned Syntax executives as trusted voices while highlighting the company’s hands-on expertise across industries such as construction, mining, and enterprise IT.
