High-Impact
Analyst Engagement at CES

The Challenge

CES is one of the most important moments of the year for Aptiv to showcase its technology and vision, but it’s also one of the most demanding for executive schedules. In past years, analyst engagement relied on multiple one-on-one briefings, which were increasingly difficult to coordinate amid back-to-back customer, partner, and investor meetings. Aptiv needed a more efficient way to engage analysts at scale while still delivering meaningful, in-depth access to executives and technology.

The Approach

Drawing on a three-year analyst relations partnership, Three Rings collaborated closely with Aptiv starting in late October to rethink the CES analyst strategy. Instead of individual briefings, we designed a centralized, invite-only analyst event hosted at Aptiv’s CES pavilion.

We curated a targeted list of top analysts, selected a morning breakfast format to avoid show floor conflicts, and crafted an agenda that emphasized interaction over presentations. The event featured concise executive remarks, extended Q&A sessions, and hands-on access to multiple interactive demos, including Aptiv’s AI-powered autonomous driving systems and advanced safety technologies, giving analysts direct, immersive exposure to both leadership and innovation.

The Results

The new event-driven approach delivered strong attendance and deeper engagement from leading analyst firms across the U.S. and Europe. Beyond attendance, the event sparked additional content creation and extended analyst interaction with Aptiv’s technology.
