Specializing in public relations, brand marketing, growth marketing, and content creation for technology companies, we work with everyone from start-ups to global power players to help them define and execute marketing and communications strategies that pack a punch and drive growth.
We’re currently looking for a super-creative, roll-up-your-sleeves Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. You’ll be a key figure in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns for our growing portfolio of technology clients across a variety of channels including email, content, SEO, paid advertising, social media, events, and more.


In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading client relations for multiple accounts across a variety of industries, developing strategic creative campaigns tailored to meet each client’s unique goals, and coordinating the execution of each proposed campaign. The Brand Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Brand Marketing and Integrated campaigns and will have the opportunity to work with a stellar team of experienced communications professionals in an agency on the rise!
Responsibilities include:

  • Leading key client accounts for Three Rings with a focus on brand marketing and digital initiatives. Your goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and objectives, and serve as their main point of contact at Three Rings

  • Leading the planning, execution, and optimization of strategic integrated marketing campaigns, built specifically to meet our clients’ goals. Campaigns will leverage various channels such as social media, email, content, SEO, paid advertising, events, and more

  • Creating and managing social media campaigns and programs, including content creation, graphic design, scheduling, engagement, and analytics, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Collaborating with the creative team to design visually compelling marketing collateral, including digital assets, infographics, presentations, and other materials.

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, using data to make strategic recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.

  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for clients.

Requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within a B2B tech marketing agency or a similar environment.

  • Experience building, coordinating, executing, and analyzing multi-channel creative campaigns from ideation to completion.

  • Detailed knowledge of social networks including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Ability to create all types of engaging content in a variety of forms including copywriting, graphic design, video production, etc.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to clients.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in or the ability to learn (quickly) in relevant third-party marketing technologies (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, WordPress, etc.)

  • A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
